Really good doctor. Very responsive and knows what he's doing. Always takes time to explain details.
Had a referral to see Dr Dougherty new pt, he’s accepting new pt. Had went to another GI dr at UNC Rex who didn’t understand my diagnosis, so I got a referral to see this doctor, he declined me because he said I was looking for a second opinion. That is not true, I wanted a doctor who understood EGID disorders. I already know my diagnosis. They didn’t ever call me back either I had to call them. Horrible customer service from both staff and provider. Submitted Apr 10, 2024
