TERRIBLE experience. Completely unprofessional and by far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. It took almost 30 days just to get answers to basic questions, wasting valuable time and causing me to miss an important window for my case. Communication was almost nonexistent, and every follow-up felt like I was chasing them for information. I felt ignored throughout the entire process. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can't imagine how they treat actual clients. I would never recommend this office.
I had an excellent experience working with Mr. Tidwell. He demonstrated a high level of honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. Although there was a wait, it was well worth it for the quality of service provided. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided clear, well-informed legal advice. He handled everything in a way that made the process smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend his services.
