Just an excellent all around experience. Michael responded promptly when I contacted him; he priced the work based on photos I sent; he scheduled for a time that suited me; he turned up exactly on time; did the work quietly and efficiently (I'd visitors at the time); gave me the advise I requested on my screens (which he cleaned too). He billed via an easy-to-navigate on-line service. Windows look absolutely amazing--no streaking, no missed spots. I've already scheduled him to come back after the pollen!
