Dr. Dionne is direct and doesn't waste my time with small talk. I don't expect a Dr. To treat me like a pal, I'm paying for unbiased, accurate treatment, information and recommendations, which Dr.Dionne provides.
Have changed Dr’s. I just had an appointment & they denied me refills on my daily meds. When I asked for a prescription for Naltrexone , he got all shitty with me then demanded I attend AA in order for a qty. of 30 & have to bring in documentation for proof of going to meetings. I’ve been to countless AA meetings,… it isn’t a one size fits all solution. He knows zero about alcoholism. Thought he was ok until this latest episode.
Dr Dionne is a very blunt and well spoken doctor which is exactly why I recommend him. Every time I go to see him he sits with me to answer any of my questions even ones with very simple answers I could have googled but he doesn't complain or rush me through them. His humor can be a bit dry but you can tell he does care about his patients. If you need a doctor who is going to be direct in his explanation and cut to the chase he's the man I'd recommend.
I mean, he seems nice enough, but the rest of posts kinda correct here. One gets the impression he's just waiting for retirement... He can't even follow directions on a discharge room in the hospital. Of note The robot responses were there going to say they're going to help or fake if Cornwell Health actually gave a crap this guy would not be a doctor. Really not sure why the reviews are so bad. I've been going to Dr. Dionne for several years and I'm happy with him.
