From my personal experience, I can say that Dr. Falkoff is rude, apathetic, and unprofessional. During my visit, the Dr. answered his cell phone in front of me and proceeded to speak blatantly about another patient's condition, test results, and medication for 3-4 minutes before removing himself from the room for several more minutes. Upon returning, he spent more time looking at his notes and speaking into his voice recorder than addressing me, the patient, and my concerns.
