Called to try and see if they could treat my condition as it's a severely under treated disease. The first time I called they answered the phone, I said hello and they hung up on me. The second time I called they told me my doctor would have to send the referral for the doctor to review and tell me if he can treat my condition. I told the receptionist I just needed to know if this doctor can treat my condition and I'll have the referral sent over because there is no point of getting ny referral sent over and going g through ... read more
Excellent professional! Very friendly doctor and staff! He takes his time to listen all my concerns and issues. And provide all the recommendations and referrals if needed.
I appreciate being able to visit a PA or APRN when my issue doesn’t require my neurosurgeon’s attention. Both PA Dawson and his shadow student were professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Listened, evaluated, and recommended next steps and I am confident that my care was in no way compromised by not seeing my neurosurgeon. I will always choose a PA or APRN for care when possible. Kudos and thank you to Hartford Healthcare and Dr. Alahmadi for selection of excellent clinicians.
