My visit was great. I was having a follow up appointment due to a sinus infection transitioning to bronchitis or walking pneumonia. Dr Feil was very personable and did make me feel rushed even with it being a Saturday appointment. If Loveland was not so far from my house, I would make this my primary clinic. The pharmacy was also very efficient and filled my prescriptions faster than promised.
Dr Feil is caring and compassionate. I told him my symptoms and he knew immediately what was going on and later confirmed with an X-ray. He promptly ordered the medications that would help me feel better and gave me a plan moving forward.
It often takes weeks, if not longer, for this provider to address your needs. He complains about his heavy patient load and email volume to why he takes so long to respond..Despite sending three emails and waiting for two weeks, I have yet to receive a response to my health concern. Instead, I receive emails about his workload and get referred to another doctor without answers to my concerns. He had the Gaul to say to me. Didn't you read your diagnosis. Doc Feil is a real pro! But his caring manner and excellent communication skills made the visit comfortable. K.P thanks for setting up a system that gets the patient in and out, but also serves your patients with excellent health care services!!
Dr. Feil is friendly, caring, listens well, and explains well. He asks great questions. I appreciate that he's a D.O. I feel he genuinely cares about wellness and whole person needs.
