Dr Feil is caring and compassionate. I told him my symptoms and he knew immediately what was going on and later confirmed with an X-ray. He promptly ordered the medications that would help me feel better and gave me a plan moving forward.
It often takes weeks, if not longer, for this provider to address your needs. He complains about his heavy patient load and email volume to why he takes so long to respond..Despite sending three emails and waiting for two weeks, I have yet to receive a response to my health concern. Doc Feil is a real pro! But his caring manner and excellent communication skills made the visit comfortable. K.P thanks for setting up a system that gets the patient in and out, but also serves your patients with excellent health care services!!
Dr. Feil is friendly, caring, listens well, and explains well. He asks great questions. I appreciate that he's a D.O. I feel he genuinely cares about wellness and whole person needs.
This Dr. is a traveling Doc. He fills in where needed in the Kaiser system, but if you are lucky enough to get him, you are in for not being rushed, being intently listened to, (and understood) and having the medicines or further tests you need ordered immediately. His "just to be on the safe side" x-ray uncovered an underlying issue that is huge, despite the relatively small symptom. I felt he cared SO much about ME and less about the cost to Kaiser of the tests and prescriptions.
