I would strongly caution anyone considering booking a property managed or owned by Michael. Approximately one year ago, I booked a month-long rental on Coronado through VRBO. The reservation was confirmed, and I paid the full rental amount of approximately $22,000. Based on that confirmed reservation, my family and I made extensive summer travel plans.
