I feel like Dr. Darley doesn't deserve all these negative reviews. Maybe he has changed over the years, and if so, that is wonderful of him for listening to feedback. I initially didn't accept an appointment with him because of these reviews, but after talking with a trusted doctor and a close friend with multiple autoimmune diseases, I reconsidered and I'm glad I did. Dr. Darley was awesome. Very thorough and attentive
My experience is with the office staff, Jenna. When I came in I hadn't done my bloodwork and she said I couldn't come back until March (it's January). Luckily I asked to speak to a nurse who printed a new lab form for me to get my blood drawn today and I can come back two days later. My experience with Jenna is making me consider finding a different dr.
I've been going to Dr. Darley for years and I have never had better care!! His office staff is always courteous and willing to help with any questions that I have. Having rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia, isn't fun, but with Dr. Darley, it is livable! He manages my pain well and I feel like his bedside manner makes him perfect for this field! He is caring and empathetic and really listens to my concerns.
Doctor Darley has been my doctor for many years now. He is always attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable.
