Like everyone else said. Doesn’t know how to bill correctly. Insurance denies claims. Provider puts you into collections.
Doesn’t charge insurance correctly, nobody seems to care and they keep sending a bill.
Billing department is utterly incompetent, and trying to talk to their billing department is impossible. Joke of an organization! Update my services were done in march, my insurance had denied my claims because they didn't have the correct information. They requested more information from Livingston pathology and they refuse to send the info to the health insurance and have put me in collections! Unbelievable. Again still a huge joke of an organization
