Scheduling is poor. Corresponding with physician is non-existent.
Sad when I meet so many doctors (at least 6-7) they don’t even know who I am or my case. One was going to give me results to someone else’s scan. Team? What team… charged $200-500 for some doctors to come in and spend not even 15 seconds with me and no follow up calls like I was told I would have after surgery and after my treatment. Bone density test ordered and called to set up without anyone ever talking to me first about the reason of needing one. When I was diagnosed with bc I was devastated. I looked for facilities with the best survival rate and Michael D.Wachtel Cancer Center at NE WI Ascension Mercy hospital came up first 3 times. I chose to go there and am so glad I did! The doctors are WONDERFUL, as is the entire staff! I was in a fog of confusion about what to do, but I didn't have to worry.
