my first time visiting Dr. trahan and I couldn't see him because his staff at the front office. They were really rude and I don't think this office is a professional and my experience with them was really bad. I had arrived at the appointment time that it was on 11 /4/ 24 at 11 o'clock, and I brought my ID card and my insurance card and the staff they were really rude.
