I have absolutely no complaints about my doctor. From scheduling appointments to the front office staff, the assistants, and Dr. Sims himself, the experience is always excellent. Everyone is consistently friendly and helpful. Dr. Sims truly listens and explains things in simple, easy-to-understand terms. He presents all the options and works with you to find the best solution. He has been my doctor for about 20 years now, and I hope he’ll continue to be my doctor for another 20 years.
My appointment was on Tuesday but the weather was bad so I went in on Wednesday to reschedule but I got to see the doctor then. Which was great because I need a new inhaler...
