Dr. Pincus is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He actually listens and takes the time to understand what you’re going through. He has a great bedside manner and is so down to earth... you never feel rushed or talked down to (like with some doctors). He really cares and tries to help in every way he can. He even fought with my insurance to get two MRIs approved, sent me referrals, and suggested things to look into on my own. He thinks outside the box and didn’t give up on me when others might have. I have been a patient of Dr. Pincus' for 3 years now. He is professional, personable, really listens to you, and is incredibly quick to respond to any questions and concerns. He's gotten me in quickly when I've had flare-ups, and my appointments are always on time. His staff is also friendly and helpful.
I was not listened to, he tried to take my medication away to "see" my symptoms and made me ill several times. I was misdiagnosed & goven medication in-app for a lupus patient. He grabbed my hand & tried to tell me how I mattered, it was extremely unpleasant.
