I have no issues with Dr Milligan, Dr Milligan has been very helpful in helping me with my knee pain. His staff member Melissa is unprofessional, uncaring and her tone of voice on the phone is condescending . She could have cared less that I was in pain, I had to follow up 3 times in order to get the service that I needed. Dr. Milligan is an arrogant, unprofessional man who treated me with a complete lack of care. I have been a patient at HSS for over five years and have always had excellent experiences with Dr. Wang, Dr. Davenport, the surgical team (for my hip replacement), and the physical therapy department. This doctor no doubt is valuable for athletes or able-bodied and injured individuals. This doctor is not equipped for geriatric patients. He simply does not have the experience, EQ or compassion for the elderly. I am quite shocked that an HSS surgeon referred my 86 year old father to him for non-surgical care since surgery was not an option.
