I have had bad knees and ankles from playing soccer all through my 20s and now in my 30s. Dr. Jefferson treated my flexor hallicus longus and flexor digitorum longus along my calves explaining that my tibialis posterior was overworked. After seeing Dr. Jefferson on my way home to Silicon Valley/Mountain View California my legs felt loose and had a greater range of motion. 5 stars!!!
