Our first impression was great, he had a plan and got my mom scheduled for surgery within a month. The day before her scheduled surgery she got a call asking her when her surgery was, she told them tomorrow and she was told that she was not on the schedule. After a lot of back and forth, I found out that she was in fact on his surgery schedule but he was not going to be there that day due to being on vacation!! How in the world does this even happen?
