Dr. Hold is so nice and caring. He takes time to explain, makes sure to answer any questions, I feel very comfortable with him and his assistant. The rest of his staff is also nice.
This doctor took the time to listen to all of my concerns and addressed each one with care and professionalism. Five stars simply aren’t enough. He truly leads by example and embodies the core ICARE values in every interaction.
My daughter had an emergency C-section and Dr. Hold, who is not her gyno performed it. Most calming doctor i have met, best bedside manner, softest hands ever lol. I am so glad he delivered my granddaughter and took care of my daughter. Calmed us all in a time of extreme fear.
Couldn't even get thru to make an appointment. Called multiple times and each time I would say I was trying to make an appointment for the first time with Dr. Hold the staff would just say "oh" and hang up. They were so rude when just answering the phone but also hanging up on someone without explanation is just crazy to me. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
The most amazing obgyn he has been the second ob I have ever been to since i was 18 i would see a different obgyn but I changed insurances and went to Dr Hold he has been so great to me and recently did a surgery and helped me unlike my old obgyn who never cared to do an ultrasound thank you so much. He prayed over me before going into the OR never have I had a surgeon do this god bless you and all the nurses in that OR
