The people who answer the phones are extremely rude and talk down to you like you’re scum. If you have to deal with them, you’re not going to like it.
Lost my job filed for SSI and was told I could make payments. I was making payments and they sent papers to sue me anyway. Shame on you doing that to Senior citizens with limited income who are actually trying to pay. Your terrible!

Talked to 3 different people and the first, i’m guessing the receptionist was rude and ended up transferring me over to the next person without telling me she was transferring me over.
