I would have loved to have given 5 stars but my experience didn't turn out well. The customer service and treatment were great but not even a few weeks after receiving pellets, large chunks of hair were falling out. My numbers shot up way too high in a short time after treatment. I waited to go back several months but it has taken tons of money on supplements, Nutrafol, and other collagen items to get new hair growth.
