Dr. Charles performed massive rotator repair on my left shoulder. I’m a massage therapist. It took three months of pt and I was back to work. My physical therapist looked at the pictures of the surgery and was very impressed with his methods. He is friendly and thoughtful and caring.
I have Dr Charles as my shoulder specialist. He did a pretty major surgery on my right shoulder recently. It’s only been 11 days but I’m afraid because he’s very much an advocate for for anti inflammatory medications which upset my stomach. As someone who has had multiple major surgeries on different muscles and tendons I know my body. I react well to narcotic medications without a problem of addiction. Dr Charles has to be one of the kindest most caring doctors I have ever met. am the patient waiting for shoulder surgery. My wife and iI felt very welcomed and cared for. Dr Charles explains things without talking down to you. The staff from the front desk to his PA who's name I can not remember to Stephanie all make being at a doctors office a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them
I did see Dr. Charles not at this location but at the USC hospital in Los Angeles. Dr. Charles was very personable and eager to help and answer all my questions regarding my orthopedic condition. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel like he really cared to help.
