Very kind people at hope physical therapy the front desk is very nice and helpful. The workers are very kind and helpful. They always let me have a break when I need it or when I ask. I am never afraid to ask anything here and it’s overall a very good physical therapy place.

Let’s be clear, the doctor and therapists are amazing and they would help with your injury so much, they are attentive and skilled So what is wrong with the 1 star. Well, you will see the awesome therapist if the front desk actually do the work. They never pick up the phone, never call you back, and very confused with everything about insurance. Staff are rude and lazy. I called 10+ times they didn’t bother to pick up the phone from business hour. Once they picked up they hung up in the middle of converstation and will screaming at you if you call when they lazy to talk. I call again they put me on hold over 10 min but i heard the background they laugh and talk as they had no responsibility for the job. Very lazy and unprofessional staff. They are two lazy staff. She a mexican and another religions. Very lazy. Poor the owner to have the kind of staff.
