Hello, I'm very disappointed, not so much with the place itself, but with the person who served me at the window. Perhaps it's because I'm Hispanic. She treated me with such indifference that I had to leave because of her unpleasant demeanor. From the beginning, when I showed her my ID and insurance, she told me that my insurance didn't cover it, and her colleague told her it did. They're good people who're very helpful... I was there for some PT, and I lost my balance and fell, and they were great at helping me back up. I finished my session OK, but am just a little sore... I've been worse on less hard falls. I'll be back later in the week, and am going to be more careful then. 😉
