Good diagnostician for endometriosis . However, when it came time for treatment - different story . Because I was not interested in becoming pregnant I was treated second class . Wrote prescriptions and ushered me out of his office. I never returned and found a different gyn - due to severity I had a hysterectomy one year later .
I am putting this out here for other patients ~ this doctor has his office staff call / email to say that 'all your labs are abnormal' - when in reality that's NOT true, everything is ok and in reality no one reads the lab reports properly. Office does NOT take any accountability. Please....skip over this office and find a competent provider, this one is just not worth wasting time and money over. (..also - don't try to put up a truthful negative review on their Facebook page, cause they will just delete it)
My experience with Dr. Birnbaum was one of the worst medical encounters of my life. As I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time, I observed how Dr. Birnbaum was rude and sarcastic to his staff. Birnbaum Michael D Md is absolutely the best, hands down! The most thorough doctor I have ever seen. He will not treat your infertility until he knows what is causing it, to the best of his ability. Always available for questions, always able to fit you in for an appointment. Also an excellent surgeon, by the way. My recovery from laparoscopy was EASY. I highly recommend Dr. B for your infertility needs. I am now holding my 3 month old miracle!
Birnbaum Michael D Md is the best I can't say enough about this doctor. He is the most thorough physician I have ever come across. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I've referred countless people to Dr. B for help with pelvic pain and/or infertility and will continue to do so.
