Dr. Badik was thorough and provided an excellent explanation or interpretation of my recent Lumbar MRI scan. I felt confident moving forward with the recommended next steps and was even provided additional recommendations for my ongoing back problems after the Nerve Root Injection procedure I have scheduled.

Scheduled an annual preventative exam as required for my insurance wellness incentive program. My insurance does not have a copayment for preventative services. Arrived and was asked to pay a copayment. Explained that I was there for an annual preventative exam, despite having stated this when I originally scheduled the appointment. Later, I received a statement for the copayment in the mail. Called multiple times and asked to speak with the office manager. Took the office manager two weeks to return my calls.
