Constantly made excuses, and found more ways to get money out of us. This is probably the worst agent I have ever had. His staff is incompetent. They never answer the phone. Now because of him State farm lost a 20 year customer. It will be good for awhile, then he will start finding ways to get you.
So disappointed in this agency. It took over 4 weeks to get a payout for a totalled car. The claim department never reached out.The agent was no help. So disappointed in how they treated a 30 year customer. The title was next day shipped at 9am the following day after the agreed settlement was offered. And still took another week to finally get the claim. Others involved in the accident had a settlement within 5 days of the accident from another insurance company.
