I’ve had my fair share of insurance headaches- places that overcharged me, gave me bare-minimum coverage, or just didn’t care enough to explain what I was even paying for. Constantly made excuses, and found more ways to get money out of us. This is probably the worst agent I have ever had. His staff is incompetent. They never answer the phone. Now because of him State farm lost a 20 year customer. It will be good for awhile, then he will start finding ways to get you.
