All and all Micheal and his office did an excellent closing for a Leisure Village condo I rehabbed while out of state. I would recommend to others. It wasn’t especially easy as the buyer was out of state as well but I can’t blame others for that.
While cleaning out some old emails, I was reminded of a bad legal experience I had with Mr. Croston a few years back. During the closing of my house, he overlooked the fact that I had several hundred dollars worth of heating oil in the tank, which essentially was being sold to the buyer since I could not take it with me. This amount should have been credited to me at closing.
