Dr. Schwartz is a competent doctor. Unfortunately the office is completly dysfunctional. In 2019 I received my yearly knee injections. Unfortunately they did not get approval from my insurance company in advance. I am being billed $3,000 for this lapse. One year latter they are still seeking payment. This year, over a 5 month period, they did not seek the peer to peer requirement my new insurance company needed despite at least "four" requests on my part. Fantastic service. Front desk is always polite and respectful. Staff is happy and treats you well. Dr Schwartz is thorough and treats every patient like they’re his only one. His detailed analysis and care is the best.

I must say that I normally dont write reviews but thought this deserved it. I had surgery for a torn Rotator Cuff and Bicep Tendon about 4 weeks ago by Dr Schwartz. My experience was a very pleasent one considering how painful and difficult this typically is. The staff at Dr Schwartz's office as well as the PA's were a pleasure to deal with. The staff on the day of the procedure were also a pleasure. The prep, instructions and tips made the procedure and recovery much less painful than I expected. I call this office a slice of heaven! From the front office staff reception to the surgical team! Triple A AA bedside manners are EVERYTHING TO ME ! This office displays what excellence truly feels like in the medical profession! I’ve had 4 surgeries in 6 years and I would never go elsewhere! Dr .Schwartz always demonstrates a positive and truly cares for his patients and holistically. His advice is always to benefit the patient! This office is truly in a league of its own!
