This person was retained by the opposing party. His legal writing is very poor, with many misspellings and punctuation like a drunk throwing darts.
This man tried to get me to sign contracts knowing I was in over my head, and then later, after I didn't sign, he billed me for two phone calls, $25 each. Even though I had already paid out of pocket for the consultations. Just wanted money.
