Although the wait was long much longer than I expected. - I was treated with kindness and with genuine sympathy for my injury. The Nurse Practitioner was kind and courteous and he was very clear and patient in explaining what he believed was wrong with my wrist
Michael took his time to explain my diagnosis and recommended a course of action.
Michael was great in dealing with my broken toe! He was extremely attentive and explained everything.
