Never thought I had to part way with State Farm after almost 5 year doing business with them. I felt like I have robbed by them for them to charge me with the highest insurance rate possible by adding an old Camry to my policy. The rate they charged me is 3x than my original rate and I see more pending charges coming through my bank. This is not how a reputable insurance company rewards its good drivers.
Very unprofessional and not willing to fix a payment problem that was an error on their end, had to switch agents charged me for drive safe that I never asked for and wouldn’t correct the problem. This is why I switched to him to turn around and be done the same way again this is unacceptable and I won’t be taking advantage of anymore.
