Paid these folks to come out and PM our GENERAC standby generator a few weeks before the start of the 2022 hurricane season. They were supposed to provide two visits for the amount I paid. After Hurricane Ian our generator ran for 4 days and then just stopped. Called this company and couldn’t get through due to phone lines being out. Great company down-to-earth people small family-owned quality work
Doesn’t return phone calls or emails. Claimed to have swapped controller under warranty, but found it was the same one. Damaged fuses in transfer switch and left generator in inoperable state. Was prepaid for warranty service and didn’t provide. Reported to Generac.
They send out FAKE letters claiming you NEED to sign a new agreement when we were NEVER their customer to begin with! Beware!
