Mike was absolutely amazing. Great attitude. Really cared to figure what real issues we were dealing with in our home. Smoke and negative air testing. Borescopes. Thermal imaging while under negative air... amazing. He was super professional and outside of being such an affable guy, I loved gow he took his time and didn't hurry through anything. I would highly recommend him to anyone troubleshooting humidity and A/C issues. Will probably have him come back and retest after we fix all of the issues he found.

He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He pointed out airflow, sealing, moisture, and ventilation issues that other companies had overlooked and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell he actually cares about helping ... read more
