I would not recommend seeing Dr. Chen. If you have a disagreement with services his practice will send you a certified letter dismissing you from his practice. A patient has a right to disagree, but they do not care about your thoughts and concerns and only believe that they are correct.
I recently saw this doctor who has been my PCP for 10+ yrs. At the conclusion of my visit I was told by the doctor that "He was cancelling our doctor/patient relationship" due to my not adhering to the rules concerning prescription medications I have been receiving and that he felt it was best at this time if we part ways.
