My husband had an ER visit with this Dr. I've worked in the ER, And have worked in the medical field for 20 years I've never seen such disgusting bedside manner in my life. Mr. Chen was one of the worst physicians I've ever encountered. My husband had an episode of being unconscious and he asked us why we were there and was annoyed we were in his presence. Avoid him at all costs he is absolutely rotten. An absolute disgrace to the medical field.
My name is Gregory Durocher. I was brought to care of Dr. Michael Chen DO. by Emergency Admittance on Oct. 24th 2023 with a partial thumb laceration as a result of a hunting accident. I want to thank him for the medical care he performed on me, and let him know how appreciative I am for all he did to save my thumb and keep me from being one of those statics on having a permanent disfigurement. I had a seizure and he was the doctor who took care of me. He was very thorough in his explanations and he did a good job. You can tell he genuinely cares in the well being of his patients.
