Refused to provide the service I paid for based on my 100% service-connected disability. When I expressed that waiting for an hour after they scheduled my surgery and making me wait in a room with wooden chairs and the a/c going full blast was making me anxious and agitated and I would like another Ativan, he escalated the situation by telling me "none of his other patients have complained." There was not one little thing that was negative about my experience. The staff was very good and nice. They wanted me to be comfortable. Best attitude. Dr Chamberlain was so very nice and explained my procedure and what to expect. I would and will refer him and the OMEG to anyone. If I have need of another procedure or eye issue, I will not hesitate to call and make an appt. 5 stars.
Great doctor! Thoroughly explained everything that was happening. I felt blessed to get referred to him. He's very professional and caring. Amazing at what he does!
