Dr. Casagrande is awesome -- professional and forthright with a twist of humor. The medical staff in general is always amiable and knowledgeable. However, several of the office staff can be impudent and condescending at times. They seem to lose sight of the fact that patients are actually paying, repeat customers purchasing their services.
