Hi Dr. Caplan . You were much better than our experience at Duke's, so far , regarding Parkinson's Disease. A year trying to get a neurologist to help us, and no results . You're very missed.My mom said you were much better than her current neurologist. They do let us change the provider once. Thanks for everything , all your patients miss you and remember you. As for me, I got the nicest new provider across the hall. We wish you all the best.
Since the clinic added residency program, the service become hurrable. I could not see Dr, Caplan any more and got many bad diagnosis from residence without Dr Caplan come and see me for verification. I requested to see Dr Caplan many times without success. My last visit Nov 28, 23 the impolite lady manger told me to see another Dr and make sign release form telling me is not guarantee to see Dr Caplan and the only choice is to see the keep changing Resident Dr. The resident is a Dr in training and on each visit you see new ... read more
