Dr Campbell was highly recommended by longtime island residents. This means A LOT. As a first time wearer of glasses, this was a new experience for me. Dt. Campbell’s complete medical examination and the exceptional staff were excellent. I went to 3 of his Optical Solutions stores to preview glasses, only because I wanted to visit them. I chose an exceptional pair in the Old Town location where Haley and I chose a stunning frame and handled all the pricing to perfection. Bravo!

I've been a patient of Dr. Campbell's for a long time . . . maybe 18-20 years (yikes!). I'm short on time, so I'll just say - everything that I would say would be positive, about both the doctor and the staff!
Best eye exam I have ever gotten!! He takes so much time and explains everything. His office has top of the line equipment, staff is professional, Optical is the best in the area. They have their own lab so you can get your glasses that same day! With 3 locations I know I can go into all locations and they will take care of me and my family!!
1) My vision test was incorrect and of course I order new expensive glasses to go with my new vision. Of course, I never really adjusted to the new lenses. Based on a recent eye exam from a different optometrist, my old glasses and prescription had not changed. Also, my fiancee had a horrible experience. She had to go back 3x to get vision corrected and had 6 pair of trial lenses before settling on one that was just o.k. Her new optometrist diagnosed and applied correct lens 1st try.
