I have only great things to say about Dr. Caire and his wonderful office staff. I have never encountered a more warm, friendly, knowledgable and efficient physician and staff. Going to any doctor for a serious problem is very traumatic, but Dr. Caire came in the room with his great sense of humor and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I had an upper endoscopy Nov.4th ,I called the office for results and a refill of my medicine. No one responded, today Dec30th I finally got a call back almost 2 months later .
Kindest doctor I've spoken to in years. So understanding, professional yet compassionate.
This isn't against Dr. Caire but against the office. I made an appointment to see Dr. Caire as a first time patient over a month ago. I arrived at my scheduled appointment in the Sun City office and found out that the Doctor no longer sees patients in Sun City but only in Bradenton and that many patients have come to Sun City, including myself, with no notification of the change of location. I called the Brandenton office over an hour ago, their lines were busy so I left a message. I have not received a call back.
Dr. Caire & his staff are so professional & caring. Dr. Caire really does care about you as a patient. He is so thorough. His whole team is so on top of everything. Highly recommend him, his staff & this facility. I just wish I could thank them more than in a Google review. Thank you everyone again!
