Dr. Ryan is terrific. Waiting room is a joke. Obviously overbooked ALL the time. Nothing ever changes. No apologies (except from dr. & he has no control over the overbooking). Someone with authority should take a walk in the waiting room. Very few places to sit & lines are pathetic .
I have called twice this week to see about inquiring for a new patient appointment. Today at 11am and Wednesday this week at 2pm and no one answered.
I've been uneasy with past Dr.s until I met Dr. Ryan at Ocusite. I felt completely at ease and trusted him immediately. My cataract surgery was a breeze, and I highly recommend Dr. Ryan along with the entire staff!
