I, Melissa Bott, initially consulted with Michael Morphew back on August 18th, 2020 on behalf of my son. According, to our free initial consultation Michael Morphew, the lead attorney provided me with his retainer fee and hourly rate. I mentioned to Mr. Morphew the retainer amount was out of our budget? Michael was aware that we had been self filing all of our motion. This is a great law firm if you are a narcissist , they will represent you despite resounding evidence that you are bad for your children.
Michael was incredibly fair and to the law throughout my mediation. He is amazing in his diplomacy and his ability to make both sides feel they were being heard and valued.
Michael is extremely helpful, friendly and good to work with especially when the topics you work with lawyers on are usually not very fun.
If I could I would give him a negative star. When asked to mediate on custody mike total failed to read the CFI report. Mike pushed for custody to go to my bipolar, drug addicted X-wife with no conditions of counseling or drug treatment. If Michael had read the CFI report he Would have benn aware of the documented enmeshment. If I had to do it again I would not put Michael in a position of decision maker
