Dr. Maxwell is a world - class cardiothoracic surgeon. He performed a triple coronary artery bypass on me. Mine was a complicated case but with intelligence, superb surgical technique, conscientiousness and compassion he pulled me through. I very truly cannot say enough good things about him. God Bless you Dr. Maxwell.

This is based on one New Patient visit: Dr. Maxwell seemed to be thorough with his examination and review of imaging. He gave my senior mother valuable information/reasoning, addressed all of our concerns, and gave us time to ask questions at the end of our visit. He spoke clearly and appropriately to each of us, while keeping the visit focused and on-track. We especially appreciated his professionalism and time as we are dealing with significant health issues.

Doctor, Maxwell My name is Jay Mullendore. In or around June, 2009. You had preformed surgery on me. What is called a Aortic Dissection / Freestyle. This procedure saved my life, Thank you. In January, 2018, my primary Doctor Lawrence, Bence had given up his practice, at The Sunlife medical here in Florence, Arizona. My father just had a triple bypass w/a valve replacement about a month ago. Dr. Maxwell was so understanding about our fears since my father is 81 years old. He explained what he was going to do and what to expect as he recovered. Not being in the medical field(I am a teacher) he explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend him without question. I would also like to extend my thanks to him for the care he showed my ENTIRE family.

He was absolutely wonderful , skilled and compassionate. He explained everything to my father clearly and in terms we could all understand. He took his time and we never felt that he was rushed or that we were bothering him When my father experiencd some complications following his surgery Dr Maxwell responded immediately by phone and directed his care. Truely a wonderful person and a skilled physician.. Wehope never to have to use him again but would recommend him without question. excellen!

Dr Maxwell took care of my husband's lung problems and did surgery on New Year's Day. My husband was having trouble with his lung collapsing, 3 times in December 2014. He was instrumental in getting us 5 more months together. Dr Maxwell also did surgery on the veins in my left leg. It was done in the office and I have had no more pain in the leg. I consider both of these procedures a success. I would have Dr Maxwell for my surgeon when ever I needed a surgeon with his expertise.
