From an after surgery prospective, Hartley was really bad. I got to recovery at 2:45 and was told I was on a 2 hour hold and would leave at 4:45. My wife did not hear from Hartley until 4:15 after a nurse friend of my wife inquired how I did and my wife said she had not heard from the doc. Recovery called and said I was there, but nothing from Hartley until he was prompted. That is bad business and reminds me there are other vascular doctors available to see.
