We enjoyed the authenticity. The front desk ticket receptionist was so kind and informative.
Michael C. Carlos Museum is beautifully designed, quiet, and thoughtfully curated. Beyond its historical value, I can’t emphasize enough the sense of humility it gave me. Seeing art form from thousands of years ago genuinely reaffirmed how small we are in the bigger picture.
An excellent museum. Everything is well-presented and the informational placards are thorough and enjoyable. I visited with a fellow Classicist and we had a wonderful time. I especially appreciate that admission for staff and students of any university was free, not just for Emory students.
