One of the most dismissive doctor appointments I’ve ever had. I went to this ENT because I was dealing with frequent sinus infections, sinus pain/pressure, ear pain, and hearing concerns that were affecting my quality of life. Dr Byrd is great! I never feel rushed. He always seems caring and genuine. He listens and teaches you about your condition. I leave feeling like I've been heard, all my concerns addressed and optimistic that my issues will be resolved.
