The Butchko’s have been highly recommended but where are they? I have been to both practices and never seen one of the sons. Do they think they will survive by placing others vets in their business? Why? I feel they are misleading people. People come here for the Butchko’s so if they don’t show up to their practice, what good will that do your business?

RecommendedFirst time there client there, when I arrived there was a long line but surprisingly it’s wine quick once in there it was a quick check in and got seen right away they answered all my questions and gave me more information I didn’t know about my dog, Good Customer service
I've been coming to see Dr. Michael Butchko since 1989 always excellent service. Now that Steven his son took over still absolutely the best around highly recommended.
Took my dog there after my vet. had no available appts. Told my vet my dog was limping and they didn’t care, told me to take her to emergency hospital, and didn’t have appts. Available for over a week 🤬😡🤬😡 anyways I had heard about Dr. Butchko called and said get here before 1 pm and she’ll be seen. Well after going to Dr. Bart for many years no more!!! I am really great full for the Vet at Dr. Butcko love the way she didn’t try and sell me stuff and make me feel guilty like the other place does.
They see you on a first in, first seen basis. Be prepared to wait for hours, I waited 5. But know you will be seen if you are signed in. Even with an abundance of customers, the highly focused staff were kind and caring and hummed through tasks efficiently the whole day through. My pet was treated immediately after seeing the doctor and is much better now.
Reasonable, know what they are talking about. They have great knowledge of English Bulldogs.
We had a procedure done on our puppy and had to come back multiple times for follow ups and every time the staff was Very rude unprofessional, the wait is over 4 hrs long. They are extremely unorganized. The smell of their facility is disgusting it is also falling apart. We paid for our procedure and follow up in full and then told us we had to pay more for the follow ups. I’m am VERY disappointed with the outcome of my puppies procedure and the entire experience all together... and will never use this place in future!
