Dr. Burnett is extremely knowledable and attentive to my medical issue. He always resolves the issue. He is a kind person who cares about his patients.
I saw Dr. Burnett for the first time in January. The care was fine. Here's the issue: I have insurance that he participates with. But instead of charging my $75 copayment, they made me pay for the whole visit ($680) and said that I'd be reimbursed once my insurance paid. I see doctors 4-5 times a years and I've never had this experience before. But judging from the comments I see here, this is the way they operate. Dr. Burnett is definitely among the best ENT I have visited in NYC area. I have visited him 4-5 times from 7 years ago, my experience: 1. wait time is almost zero if you are on time, and the visit process is very smooth. 2. never have to schedule a follow up visit because he can solve the problem for just one visit. 3. He is very experienced and can detect the issue almost immediately. 4. the stuff is very helpful. I called them about the prescriptions and they answered very quickly after consulting with Dr. Burnett.
Dr. Burnett was quick and efficient! Made me feel very comfortable during the procedure and very friendly. Definitely coming back to him in the future.
Writing this review as a reminder to myself that it’s time to schedule my ear cleaning again! I’ve been seeing Dr. Burnett since late 2020. I typically need annual ear cleanings, and I always feel well cared for under his care. He is thorough, professional, and makes both my husband and me feel very comfortable during visits.
