I’ve had a great experience seeing Dr. Burnett for recurring tonsillitis and strep that eventually resulted in a tonsillectomy. He is excellent at explaining what’s going on, and clearly and carefully weighs risks and benefits of any interventions. He is very caring, patient with questions, and made me feel like we were collaborating on my healthcare decisions together. Dr Burnett was so wonderful. He did not make me feel rushed at all and answered all of my questions really thoroughly. Also, he just has a lovely kind energy and gave me a lot of advice on other issues, and understanding the New York Medical Care System! Highly recommend you seeing him!
Initially ignored the low ratings, but these other reviews are justified. Waited 3 weeks to get a response to a follow up. First they kept on delaying and then refused without any explanation. Staff is rude. There are way better doctors out there.
I've been seeing Dr. Burnett for years and he has made a drastic difference in my quality of life for multiple issues I have dealt with. He's also extremely personable and easy to talk to, and his office is well managed! Couldn't recommend more!
