Unfortunately I had an extremely stressful experience with Mike and ONB. I would not recommend them to first time homebuyers or anyone who likes to be informed through the process of acquiring a mortgage. After acquiring a mortgage through another company, I learned that this experience does not need to be so confusing, draining, or upsetting.
