I highly recommend this vet clinic! the new staff is incredible (especially Victoria, Dr Amanda, and the vet tech whose name i forgot). I’m currently bringing my dog in for his USDA health certificate (a very difficult process for all of us) and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The entire staff is so kind, knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, and helpful every step of the way. I tooku dog in near the end of her life. They charged me for blood tests etc for a senior dog. They never told me anything about her wellness check, teeth ears and stature. She was becoming incontinent I asked for Proin. They charged me almost 600$ for a well check and never gave me an update. I had been going to this veterinarian for years with two dogs. Nothing. Edit August 2025: Unfortunately this practice has really fallen down. I’ve tried to stay loyal, but they have become unhelpful and not willing to help when you need them. I hope they find their way back, but in the meantime, we’ll be heading to another practice. The team here is always helpful, caring and full of solutions for when pets aren't doing as well as we'd like! I have found their prices to be fair and transparent, as a bonus! They always make time to see your pet when things come up!
NO STARS. DO NOT USE THIS VET. I loved my vet but he left, along with the whole staff. I do not like the new vet. Whatever you do, don't buy a wellness plan. They told me they canceled it but I was just charged another $40 and they refused to help me get it back even though I don't even know how to contact the administrator.
