Had a wonderful experience with Micheal he was very thorough and walked us through what he had done and seen during the inspection he was personable and got our report done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend
Aweful. Missed too much in my crawlspace, under house and foundation and uses ambiguous language in some of the report which was difficult to defend at our deposition. This is the last person I would ever choose but it wasn’t my choosing as I was not in the area and I let the “realtor” take care of it which was a BIG MISTAKE. If you can’t be there for the inspection I would not even get one done. You MUST be there and literally follow them around especially if it’s this guy. Never started a job....always had excuses. Difficult to get into contact.
Michael has always done a thorough job and seems to find all the good , bad and you know, stuff. Detailed report with lots of explanations and pictures.
